The Carnivore Kitchen Tour

As we eat carnivore and ketovore our kitchen space is evolving. We are figuring out how much meat we need each week, how to store it, when to batch cook, and how to use the meals we have made. This is a quick tour of our fridges, freezers, and the spice cupboard i organized while creating this video.

From snacks to meals, cooking on the carnivore diet is a little different than I’m used to. However with the help of these recipes and devices from Amazon I was able to figure it out!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 cup Mayonaise
  • 1 cup Full Fat Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Point Reyes Bleu Cheese
  • peppercorns

Instructions
 

  • Grind all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  • Pour in container and refrigerate overnight

Notes

Tip: Best by the date of buttermilk expiration.
